Due to earthquake in Nepal thousands of people died and lakhs of people have become shelterless. In response to urgent needs, Ananda Marga Universal Relief Team (AMURT) decided to set up maximum relief camps in earthquake devastated rural areas. Already A’c Paripurnananda Avadhuta ( Relief Coordinator) talked with A’c Manbahadurji and other margiis from Nepal regarding relief camps. A’c Sutiirthananda Avadhuta, AMURT Central Secretary deputed 6 Da’da’s, 6 Didiis and 8 volunteers to join in this relief camp. Some Dadas left from Kolkata and some Dadas are on the way. A’c Paripurnananda Avadhuta, DS Muzzafarpur at Sitamarih is the relief coordinator of Nepal relief.
Lady workers of AMURTEL visited some of the worst affected villages where they talked to the women and children those who are still traumatized due to the devastating earthquake. They have done some counselling sessions with them to give some inner strength which they badly needed. Here I am sending report our more relief service for the earthquake affected people at Hoske, Balthali, Patchkhal, of Kavre Palanchawk area.
They have distributed Plastic sheets, Beaten Rice, sugar, Biscuits, essential medicines and water to the affected people there, yesterday.Tomorrow Dr. Didi Ananda Vratiisha from Anandanagar, umanivas is reaching Dhulikhel with essential medicines, Tarpaulins, Torch lights etc.
